The York Headwaters Area was formed in September 2002. It belongs to one of the 7 Areas of Shining Water Council.
York Headwaters has a total of 44 Groups and approximatley 2500 youths and Volunteers in our Area
The area boundaries are Hwy 27 in the west, to 9th Line in the east, and Bloomington Rd in the north to Steeles Ave in the south.
